We are located in beautiful central Florida, a few minutes from Downtown Orlando and 20 minutes from Disney World.
Getting Referred
Speech, occupational, and physical therapy require a referral and
prescription from your child’s primary care physician or specialty care physician
depending on your insurance coverage. The prescription should be for an evaluation
and treatment for PT/OT/ST. Please have script and insurance card with you when you
come for your evaluation. Baby clinic appointments (call to see if you qualify) do
not need a referral or prescription.
Making an Appointment
After referral/authorization
is completed, an appointment can be scheduled by calling 407-647-4740.
Accepted Insurances
We
accept self pay, all PPO’s, are a contracted provider for UHC, Aetna, Medicaid non-HMO,
Medwaiver, and early steps.
